Developing the product before bulk production
Product development can begin from a complete specification or from available buyer reference information, depending on the programme.

Pattern making is handled in-house.

Knitted fabrics
A broad range of knitted fabrics can be coordinated according to buyer and product requirements, including single jersey, heavy jersey, interlock, pique, rib, terry and fleece.
Composition, construction and GSM are determined according to the confirmed product specification rather than a fixed standard range.

BULK PRODUCTION
From approved development into controlled garment production
Production and quality control
Following buyer approval of relevant development and pre-production requirements, bulk garment manufacturing is coordinated through cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control and packing.
A dedicated quality-control team supports checks during garment production, finishing, final inspection and packing.
Applicable REACH requirements and buyer-specific restricted-substance requirements are incorporated into relevant material, dyeing and printing requirements, with testing or reports where required by the programme.
