QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control within garment manufacturing

Quality control is an in-house function supporting Shristy Fashion’s garment manufacturing, finishing and packing operation. Production requirements are based on confirmed buyer specifications and the relevant approval process.

BUYER REQUIREMENTS

Confirmed product specifications, measurements, artwork or design information and relevant buyer instructions provide the working reference for production.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Relevant product development and pre-production samples are used within the buyer approval process before and during preparation for bulk manufacturing.

IN-HOUSE QUALITY CONTROL

Shristy Fashion maintains an in-house QC team as part of its garment manufacturing operation, with quality requirements coordinated against the confirmed programme specification.

MATERIAL & PROCESS CONTROL

Requirements coordinated across materials and specialist processes

Product specifications may include fabric, colour, printing, embroidery, trims, accessories, finishing and other programme requirements that need coordination beyond garment assembly.

Applicable REACH requirements

Materials and relevant chemical inputs used for applicable dyeing, printing and other specialist work are controlled to meet applicable REACH requirements.

Buyer-specific RSL and chemical requirements are followed where applicable to the programme.

Specialist processing network

Focused in-house garment manufacturing is supported by an established specialist textile-processing and supply network for relevant programme requirements.

Tech packs, measurements, artwork or design information, material requirements, trims, accessories and packing instructions are coordinated according to the confirmed buyer specification.

SAMPLE & APPROVAL

Development, fit, size-set, pre-production and other relevant samples can support the buyer approval process according to programme requirements.

CHEMICAL & RSL REQUIREMENTS

Applicable buyer-specific RSL and chemical requirements are followed alongside relevant REACH requirements for materials and specialist processes.

TESTING & REPORTS

Relevant testing and test reports are coordinated where required for the buyer, product or programme.
